Meeting with a Talent Partner
During this introductory meeting, we will get to know you more and share details on what it is like to work at Gradle Technologies and the role you are applying for. We will learn more about your experience, current work situation, and motivations for applying as well as discuss your compensation expectations. By the end of the meeting, you should have a good understanding of our work environment and culture to determine if this is a company where you will be productive, impactful, and happy.

Hiring Manager Interview
You will be invited to an interview with the Hiring Manager. We will get to know you as a person and professional. We’ll explore your your experience leading a global People function, your career trajectory, and the impact you've had optimizing and elevating People teams.. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.

Team Interview
You will meet with members of the People team you would manage to assess your approach to coaching, mentorship, and developing a distributed team, and how you operate as a player-coach. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
60 minutes
Cross-Functional Interview
You will meet with partners from Legal and Finance to evaluate your hands-on command of global People operations. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether to proceed to the next interview step. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
45 minutes
Panel Interview
You will present to a panel from across the senior leadership team, followed by Q&A. At the end of the interview, you will have a chance to ask questions. Once the interview is over, we will discuss your candidacy internally and decide whether we want to move on to the next interview. You will be notified of our decision within 48 hours.
60 minutes
Leadership Interview
Candidates who advance will meet with our COO to confirm role alignment and discuss the vision for the People function.
30 minutes
Once you have completed the process, we will review all of the feedback and your Talent Partner will be in touch.
